Previously, anyone without access to a car who works at one of the many produce distribution facilities along Beacham and Williams Streets had no choice but to walk or ride a bike down what seemed like no man's land; a road with fading markings, no separation from traffic, and asphalt that blended into uneven dirt shoulders.
