Gov. Healey’s Environmental Bond Bill Would Surrender Dept. of Conservation ‘Parkways’ to State Highway Agency
A DCR spokesperson said that the parkways, several of which were originally designed by the Olmsted brothers to be scenic links in a regional parks system, "no longer served a park purpose."
